Bonfire Night is a British tradition which is celebrated every year on 5th November.





I saw the world burn
man out rubble
Book before closing

I heard sleepless children
the fifth of Beethoven
in Victorian theaters
and echoes of echoes
portents and words

already covered by the shadow
a shadow smiling
behind a white mask

and the book closes at the end
and the story eventually ends
and on the back end
after rose and flames
